Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Minden Mill Nevada Straight Rye
- ¾ oz. Luxardo Amaretto
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
- Cinnamon Dust
Method
Add all parts to shaker tin and shake without ice for 20 seconds. Gently open tin, add ice, and shake for an additional 10 seconds. Strain into Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with lemon twist ad a dusting of fresh cinnamon.
